The House it´s around more than 100 years old, as it was constructed in the 1900. It´s located in the city of Sant Feliu de Guixols, Girona. This is an idilic place for people who likes a quality beach holidays. Furthermore the place has been used in the old times as al place for visitors, as it was known as "Posada" wich means a place where to stop and recover yourself from the trip. After that, the house was taken by a printer company who used to print newpapers, magazines and books until, 2008.
